Vincent Anaba is a Personal Training Specialist at The YMCA in Fishers, Indiana. It has been over 22 years now since he first stepped into the fitness industry, and considers himself to be fortunate for his career since he was always into fitness and sports. He actually grew up playing basketball and football, and doing track. Back in 1995, when he was rehabbed from a severe knee injury, he developed a keen interested in the exercises and techniques that were knee-joints friendly. He was overwhelmed by the results, so much so, that he soon found out about a personal training course being offered at a local community college. He registered for a 16-month course and by the time he knew it, he was a Certified Personal Trainer. After his certification, Vincent's first job was at North Seattle Community College where he was the Morning Supervisor and Trainer at the Wellness Center. He then worked at the personal training studio of a company called Innovative Fitness, based out of Canada, for three years. In 2003, he moved to Chicago and began working at Equinox, which is a high end health club.
