Advertiser Sales Team Leader

Daily tasks @Adcash :- Manage sales acquisition team (5 persons), focused on new partners only- Perform onboarding trainings for new hires with best possible results- Perform weekly meetings with the team members- Resolve problems, motivating team to reach objectives- Provide daily advice and support to the team- Ensuring 100% customer satisfaction with all prospective customers and ensures theirrenewal- Provide high quality partnership optimization service to the organization- Initiate and/or implement corrective actions as needed in order to ensure that anexcellent standard of service and a high level of customer satisfaction is maintained- Prepare campaign progress reports, analysis and research leveraging Adcashadvertising channels for presentation to customers- Working closely with Sales, Marketing and Product to understand business requirements,implement new processes, and contribute to ongoing improvements- Driving advertisers growth through effective business partnering and ensure their renewal- Use of CRM tools to manage customer activity for maximum efficiency and visibility, withcarefully executed follow-up on open customer issues/success- Follow (and provide input on) consistent processes for managing and team customersuccess from signature of IO to billing- Prepare and attend online marketing related events such as Adtech, Affiliate Conference, Mobile Summit, Affiliate Summit, eCommerce in cities like London, New York, Singapore, Paris, Cologne, Tel Aviv, Barcelona, New Delhi... to meet prospects and existing customers + follow up
