Facilitate the children, youth and other marginalized segments of the community to identify their own problems and development priorities;Build capacity of parish development structures/committees, SHGs and CLAs to manage their own inclusive planning process and have a community development plan (CDP) as well as ownership of the program & projects;Prepare monthly project progress reports and submit them (incorporating finance & program narrative reporting);Maintain cordial working relations with local authorities (Sub county, parish & village) & ensure they are adequately involved in program interventions;Contribute to regular reflection, learning & action to ensure continuous improvement in AEE-Uganda's operations, documents and share lessons learned on programs and projects in liaison with PMEAL Lead;Ensure all funds disbursed for activity implementation are managed effectively and efficiently and there is value for money as per AEE-Uganda and donor requirements;Facilitate groups/communities to identify and prepare for engaging in Advocacy and lobbying with state actors on issues they have prioritized;Provide leadership and direct supervision of community managed CAM operations;Coordinate and facilitate a team of community volunteers to produce sponsorship communications in a timely manner and review sponsorship communications for quality and submit to area program coordinator(APC);Ensure all CAM Key performance Indicators(KPIs) are achieved every quarter;Ensure that AEE-Uganda's Child Protection Policy and principles are adhered to at all times by all AEE-Uganda staff and associates;Be aware of power relationships and identify most vulnerable and marginalized through social mapping & wealth ranking;Monitor the progress of youth and other special interest groups undergoing TVET/AVET training & facilitate tracer study training;Work with school administrators to mobilize teachers, PTA/SMC/CMC parents & children to carry out and participate in activities
