I have a clear vision of providing good care. As a physiotherapist I am responsible for the physiotherapeutic reasoning, treatment and coaching of patients with different types of health problems. The aim is to reintegrate clients into work, daily life and sport with maximum physical and mental well-being. It is important to pay attention to the psychological and physical aspects of the patient. If necessary, referral to the right practitioner or multidisciplinary collaboration must be initiated.As a manager I coach a team of seven clinicians and secretaries in a physical therapy practice with training center. I am responsible for the day-to-day management, I build and maintain constructive working relationships with all members of the team and I coach colleagues to the best of their abilities. Beside that I am responsible for the collaboration between a care home with over a hundred residents and the practice. I have periodic evaluations with the management and nursing manager about our performance and the patients. Between the nursing staff, the doctors and the residents there is daily contact. This all in order to be able to give the right treatments to the residents of the care home and temporary rehabilitants from the hotel.Another task is to maintain and expand the network of referrers, patients and fitness members for the practice. Under my supervision we write articles and organize educational workshops about various topics related to physical therapy, training and prevention. Creating PR-activities and developing a long-term strategy has the main priority at the moment.

Zézé wants to create a sustainable supply chain of Cameroonian natural ingredients: from producer to customer. By doing this, Zézé contributes to the local economy of the Penja Valley in Cameroon. At this moment Zézé is very busy creating a network of partners of the chain. We are looking for reliable producers, exporters and partners with a long term vision to sell Cameroonian natural ingredients.

As a physiotherapist I worked with elderly in the last stage of dementia. Consistent policy, clear communication and working efficiently in a multidisciplinary collaboration of doctors, nurses and paramedics has been very essential.

Being responsible for the whole physiotherapeutic reasoning and treatment process of geriatric demented/cognitive impaired patients with physical problems, (Rehabilitation after cerebrovascular accident, fractures, neurological disorders, COPD, cognitive problems, etc). Physiotherapy was part of a multidisciplinary collaboration of doctors, nurses and paramedics. Consistent policy, clear communication and working efficiently with doctors, nurses and paramedics has been essential. Responsible for the connection between management and team of physiotherapists on specific topics.

Learning process and gaining experience in the physiotherapeutic reasoning and treatment process of geriatric demented patients.My interests in rehabilitation, neuro-rehabilitation, geriatrics, dementia and sport have come together and have been developed during my internship in the geriatric expertise center Florence, department Westhoff. Here I wrote my graduation thesis: "The influence of strength training on the walking pattern of patients with dementia".

Analysing the clients injuries, the footwear and the gait pattern with video-technology. Based on this I advised the right footwear or redirected the client to the right physician or clinician. This all to prevent injuries and solve physical problems caused by (mostly) sports activities.As a part-time floor manager I have been responsible for a team, responsible for the planning, for onboarding new team members and sales.My other main task was to maintain and develop a network of physicians and clinicians. The goal of this network was to be efficient in solving a health problem and to prevent health problems of our clients.
