As Head of Marketing and Business Development, I identify industries which are in the active and sustainable growth phase and then identify the opportunities available which are matching with the current competencies and capabilities and then quantify the potential business that can be derived from the identified industies. I give recommendations and detailed plans how to address the identified opportunities including the net benefit which include growth, profit or market share.

I was the Division Head of Discrete Automation and Motion and Low Voltage Products

As the Country Marketing and Business Development Manager of Schneider Electric, I headed the launch of new products whcih include the new variable speed drives of Schneider, sensors, miniature circuit breakers, the new modular capacitors, reclosers, fault passage indicators. I drafted and finally was adopted the local commercial sales policies of acquired companies of Schneider. These are Citec, Power Measurement Ltd and partly Clipsal. I supervised the development, probiing and deploymnt of marketing and sales personnel in the growth industries we identified then. These are water, pharmaceuticals, semiconductor, food and beverage.
