Current- Set, establish and lead the creative vision of all new and existing brands of Spanx’s IncorporationTranslate business objectives into innovative design and copy solutions
- Provide, oversee the creative strategy to develop all collateral, packaging, photography, web, catalogs, e-commerce, digital and retail store design as well as marketing and sales collateral materials
- Set art direction, implement creative requirement processes, establish new standard photography as well as engaging copy
- Innovate and develop department strategy together with tools and processes
- Source, manage outside creative talent together with agencies
- Introduce creative processes that ensure timely speed to market delivery within budget
