“And what if I gave up everything to go live 7,000 km away from here in order to learn English and give my career an international dimension?” That was the question I asked myself in June 2019, and the decision I made in January 2020 when I arrived in Toronto after leaving my job, my apartment, my family, and my friends behind.I have grown up in the hospitality field, as my family and those around me were heavily involved in the industry. So I naturally went into this profession in France ​​before making the decision to move to Canada. Being in this environment has taught me the value of hard work. That is why I have always made it a point to give my all in the jobs I have done.It is with the same philosophy that I started my job as a Claims Associate at Turo in 2021 and this ambition and obsession for a job well done allowed me to be promoted to Vendor Speciaslist & Team Leader a year and a half later and Supervisor another year after. Working at a tech company like Turo, which values its employees so much, has allowed me to broaden my horizons about the professional world and all the opportunities it offers, and has also allowed me to develop my leadership skills.
