Member of the Management Committee and in charge of an 80 (and 350 contractors) people back-office department with teams working on:- the implementation of the ISIT systems closely associated to the end to end processes of the company to support the business development- the back-office services for the company (Payroll, Accounting, Facility Services, Security)Main realization: implementation of the "Nestlé in the Market" concept for Switzerland to mutualize the various ISIT and back-office departments at Nestlé in Switzerland for a better strategic direction and for a rationalization of the resource utilization.

The biggest realization was to implement the SAP ERP in the business thus reviewing processes and accompanying people through behavior changes.After this implementation, the challenge was to painlessly decrease the size of the team to adapt to the centralized way of working with the ISIT hub for Nestlé Europe in Frankfurt.
