My contribution includes being responsible for maintaining clear and concise communication with flexographic printing adjusters to uphold consistent quality, color and performance of ink products. Having studied the structure, policies and operations of the organization where I am assigned to work, I have recommended successful solutions that enable our organization to achieve its goal. I am also called upon to train new recruits to understand the importance of matching or exceeding the customers' needs and goals while reducing waste, recycling and conserving energy.

While this religious organization was going through a transitional period, I performed as a liaison between leadership, members and the public. Some of my duties included compiling data from various sources to create accurate: weekly bulletins, monthly newsletters and financial reports. Other duties included recording contributions into membership data base, performing accounting procedures to track income and expenses for monthly reports and maintaining detailed records of property rentals. I was called upon to continually update the church's web site with timely and precise information.

Ensuring that ink dispensing units were always replenished was one of my many duties. Besides learning as much as possible about the flexographic printing processes, I was also accountable for making quantities of ink for upcoming jobs according to the client's production schedule. Whenever necessary, I was responsible for correcting ink color for flexographic printing processes. Other duties included: troubleshooting problems that would arise due to various printing conditions, maintaining an up-to-date production schedule and keeping work area clean and organized.

I communicated between Senior Engineers and Programmers to determine the changing priority of projects being encoded while collaborating with major stakeholders to improve software used to report task completion at all stages of development. I developed and maintained a schedule for tracking project delivery and recorded progression of task history for research and review. Before releasing final applications to client's live site, another one of my responsibilities was to review usability and UX analysis. I especially enjoyed the time spent engaged in learning and sharing new skills related to web development with other members of development team.

I developed ideas and lay-outs based on customer needs and specifications through the creation of drawings and designs using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Quark Express and a variety of other artistic mediums - both digital and analog. I also prepared and operated a digital drum scanner for four color process, duotone and halftone output, besides operating and maintaining various types of prepress equipment for optimal efficient operation. I was responsible for custom-mixing colors for clients’ press proofs using the standardized color matching system, Pantone Matching System, for a universal approach to consistent results. I oversaw quality control - including proof reading of copy - thereby saving valuable resources while monitoring and replenishing supplies of the greatest economic value required for production.

As the administrator of a small business, I specialized in custom screen printing on a variety of substrates including, but not limited to, fabrics, Plexiglas, vinyl and glassware. I designed creative lay-outs and artwork based on customers' needs and specifications. I created custom-mixed inks to match clients’ requirements of consistent identity markings using the Pantone Matching System. I trained and managed employees to achieve ideal quality performance and supervised the production line and inventory to assure excellent quality in every facet of the operation.
