I fell into the rabbit hole at the end of 2020 and felt the need to understand what was happening on the blockchain side. Guess what? I'm still learning. But for the first time, it's not just a job - it's something I'm passionate about.My skills are centered around human interactions and organizations in software companies: dealing with customers, partners, and managing projects, products, teams, or small companies (up to approximately 100 people). No matter the problem you face, I'll try to unblock the situation.

In charge of driving the technical activity, I was supported by a skilled team of experienced software engineers and backed by an attentive executive team. My role was to help everyone focus on their area of expertise: enabling executives to secure business and the technical team to deliver on time.I attempted to cover the needs in terms of team, project, product, support, QA management, and external communication.We began by integrating several software components onto hardware we inherited from a previous attempt by another company.It was challenging but rewarding! :)We concluded by building a reference design that included a Software Development Kit and a hardware reference design to assist the CAM business in transitioning to CI+ 2.0 and adapting to the introduction of the USB interface.

Working as a presales and support engineer, I served as one of the main customer interfaces. Supporting sales representatives, our team fulfilled several roles :Presales activities included: - Analyzing customers' needs and constraints to transform them into functional specifications- Responding to RFxs- Managing projects- Developing prototypes- Demonstrating products to customers and partners- Participating in exhibitions such as IBC, ANGA COM, and CSTBAs a support engineer my responsibilities included:- Helping to resolve field issues- Communicating maintenance needs to the management team- Providing relevant documentation/explanation to customers/partnersI also established the process for developing and delivering prototypes, working closely with our R&D team to ensure the use of consistent tools and rules across teams.Our company's core business was Conditional Access Modules. Our day-to-day activities involved working with partners such as LG, Panasonic, Philips, Samsung, Sony, Technisat, Toshiba, TPV, Conax, DRECrypt, Irdeto, Verimatrix, and Viaccess. My customers were located across EMEA and CIS.

I collaborated with the customer to set up an external development center, managing various tasks such as:- Creating coding conventions in C and developing a training kit- Training newcomers- Participating in steering committeesOn the development side, my tasks included:- Analyzing requirements, designing solutions, and evaluating workloads and planning- Implementing new games and/or functionalities- Fixing bugs

As part of the SocleVols project - the Air France fleet and crews management application - I implemented new functionalities on both the server side (in C++) and the client side (in Java) and also handled bug fixing.

As a member of the LSI Consumer Electronics Group, I began my career as a developer working on DTV products, primarily in C. Initially, I developed middleware components for ATSC products. Subsequently, I was responsible for integrating Cabot Communications’ DVB stack (Aurora) on LSI's DoMiNo™ platforms.Following this integration, I transitioned to a role as a Field Application Engineer (FAE) to support our customer, Philips, in finalizing its product—the DVDR 5500, a DVD recorder/player with a DVB-T tuner. I worked daily in a multicultural environment, serving as an interface between LSI teams (in Bangalore and Milpitas), our partner Cabot (in Bristol), and our customer. I was also in charge of conducting field tests across Europe, including in England, Germany, Spain, and France.
