Responsible for developing and delivering a range of specialist course topics relating to security, loss prevention, risk management and personal security. Coordinating the delivery of SIA mandatory training topics for all Olympian Security employees; SIA Guarding, Door Supervision; CCTV Public Space Surveillance, Conflict Management and Physical Intervention. Working with external clients, creating bespoke programmes to meet individual customers needs and learning outcomes.

Responsible for a team of 4 covert team managers and 24 investigators. Planning and coordinating investigations. Working closely with the relevant police authorities and other specialist agencies on a case by case basis. Liaising with client contacts on behalf of TSL, delivering briefings and creating reports on investigation outcomes.

Responsible for the supervision of a team of 5 specialist loss investigators, operating within a geographic spread encompassing Northern England, Scotland and Northern Ireland. Briefing clients and TSL Directors with results of operations.

Responsible for all areas of Loss Prevention. Directing and coordinating a team of CCTV operators and security guarding resource. Analysing crime trend data and maximising available resources to protect profit.
