With over 20 years of experience in the electronics industry, I am a seasoned Sales/ Marketing/ PM/ Strategy leader with a strong technical background and a track record of delivering excellent results. I have worked across various segments, including Semi/ Advanced Packaging/ PCB/ IC substrate/ CIS/ Module Packaging, and have developed and executed business strategies, product roadmaps, and growth projects that support business objectives and customer needs.Most recently, I was the Head of Sales Development at THEIL, where I led Sales Development Division with 50+ team members, serving 200+ global customer, and driving sales revenue >$400MM (12Bn NTD) worldwide. I also served as top level managmement team, working with all BUs, and driving overall business strategies. Not long ago before my career in THEIL, I was the Marketing Leader at DuPont, where I initiated and coordinated strategic projects, including OEM, strategic alliance, and M&A, by leveraging technologies from semi and advanced packaging to provide total solutions. I also managed the PCB metallization business with a size of around $500 million and identified market growth opportunities on advanced packaging, IC substrate, and automotive electronics related segments.
