Moving through progressive roles, I served as the leading & integral member of the executive team to oversee country operations inclusive of finance, human resources, sales, operations, customer service, and logistics. Initiated and achieved ISO 9001 certification / accreditation in 2006 (both Star Shipping (Bureau Veritas) & Zim Logistics (SGS). Successfully created two profitable subsidiaries (logistics and travel) with concurrent responsibility of General Manager of the subsidiaries. Served as the Commercial General Manager of Zim Integrated Shipping Services’ Agencies in Cambodia and Myanmar (from 2012 - 2016)Head office (regional) & Front-Line Agency container / ship agency management + local logistics supply chain & warehouse management experience.
