I have recently completed a level 6 in pharamceutical Medical Device Operations in areas such as, Manufacturing Process Technology,Quality Assurance & GMP, Process Improvement, Process Validation,Medical Devices and Lean & Six Sigma (Green Belt) standard.

For over 4 years I worked on domestic & Industrial equipment such as, switch gear panels, three phase & single phase fuse boards, DC motors, PLC systems, alarm systems & fire alarm systems. Responsible for the implementation of Electronic Quality systems (Fire Alarms) across a range of customer facilities. • Commissioned and tested all mechanical and electrical equipment - Fuse boards, motors and domestic house hold equipment such as lights, sockets etc. • Programming and maintenance of PLCs (programme logic controls) to maintain various systems. In my final phase 6 as an electrician, I designed a conveyor water cycle pump. • Installation and maintenance of UPS systems (backup systems for computers) and emergency lighting.

For over 9 years I worked in Lotus/IBM as a Production Technician and Facilities Technician. In these roles I was responsible for electrical and mechanical maintenance of conveyor PLC systems as well as computer and lighting UPS systems. I also have significant experience in problem solving technical issues, reporting writing and daily production performance. Worked as part of the production team to ensure all daily targets were achieved. This team consisted of Electrical, Mechanical Engineers and Technicians. • Responsible for implementation of planned preventative maintenance and organisation of unplanned maintenance activities. • Responsible for maintenance and fault finding of computer systems, maintenance of conveyor belt systems and PLC maintenance. Also responsible for weekly UPS maintenance systems. • Responsible for maintenance documentation and the generation of Maintenance Performance reporting and tracking.
