In the past eight years, I have gained extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and food manufacturing industries, specifically in quality control, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance management. I have implemented process improvements by conducting equipment qualification and validation work for multiple companies, using both simple validation tools and GMP framework standards.At Comvita New Zealand, I have also expanded my technical expertise by moving into product development.I have represented various companies as a lead auditee during regulatory and customer audits, including audits conducted by the New Zealand Ministry of Primary Industries (MPI), Ministry of Health (Medsafe), Australian Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA), United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA), BRCGS, and Costco.Moreover, I have conducted regulatory gap analyses for multiple frameworks to facilitate a smooth transition into new or updated frameworks. I have also led projects aimed at implementing new standards across various departments to ensure a seamless transition with minimal audit findings.In addition, I have overseen the development of new supplier quality management systems, with a focus on risk mitigation and optimizing performance by implementing performance management and control measures to ensure the best outcomes in terms of quality and supply chain continuity.
