I founded Roseview in 2001 with a vision to create an investment and advisory firm of talented real estate principals with direct operating experience. We are built around a veteran team of partners from the real estate, investment and banking industries who value long-term client relationships, understand the complexities of the markets, and execute transactions in a sophisticated manner.Our advisory practice has helped lenders manage and dispose of more than $2 billion in distressed U.S. commercial real estate assets since January 2010.On the investment side, we are currently investing Roseview Investors Fund I, a separate account with a large corporate pension fund. Fund I is focused on investments in real estate leased by the federal government (GSA - General Services Administration) in exclusive partnership with one of the leading owner-operators nationwide in the federal government real estate sector.We are also actively seeking to acquire distressed commercial real estate assets, both with our own capital and in partnership with a number of existing investment funds. We do not seek opportunities as principal investors among our advisory clients.
