I have over eighteen years’ of Project Management, Asset Management and Real Estate experience. As Property Director, I am responsible for the asset management of all properties within the portfolio. I am responsible for the whole lifecycle management of property assets which include retail, commercial, residential and mixed use developments.My responsibilities include the acquisition of new sites and properties. I manage and direct site searches, feasibility development, price negotiation and contract negotiation. I am also responsible for the building of business cases and securing funding for all such projects.I manage the design, tendering and project management of all construction and redevelopment works. Once construction works is complete I take charge of the facility management of all such properties.I am responsible for the lease negotiation on all leased and sublet properties. I am an excellent communicator with good interpersonal skills. I am an intrinsically motivated person with huge commitment drive and enthusiasm. I regard myself as a proactive person with a logical approach to challenges. I am a hard-worker with a strong ability to accomplish goals.
