Established legal and operating parameters relating to operations, title plant/examination, claim and litigation management, underwriting, transaction settlement, privacy, etc. Developed company’s internal information delivery and training system. Commercial and residential real-estate transaction underwriter at large, high volume title agency. Special projects included condominium unit alterations, condominium declaration amendments, and boundary line agreements. Analyzed and read-in subdivision maps for title insurance and for filing. Performed in-depth analysis of surveys, covenants, restrictions, easements, and zoning ordinances. Advised staff and client-attorneys on resolution of various title issues.
