Day-to-day liaison between drilling and supply chain to ensure all services & materials required are covered by contracts and reflected in DNO’s ERP system (EPICOR). Provide cost tracking & reporting .• Ensuring that the frame agreements are uploaded in EPICOR, and request for services by the line are corresponding with the contract scope,• Translate Call Off Service Request into Service Orders in EPICOR, and where not covert by frame agreement / contract liaise with SCM contract engineer to arrange for a variation to contract.• Maintain an accurate record of commitments made, which able DNO to monitor spend against ‘Approved Contract Value’ as agreed with our partners, • Communicate with the vendors in case of discrepancies in the invoices. • Ensure that the invoice are processed timely for payments

• Preparation and processing of requests for proposals/tenders;• Evaluate supplier proposals and arrange for purchase orders for assigned areas of responsibility;• Evaluates and analyzes received tenders / bids / quotations / proposals / offers to establish the detailed commercial and pricing implications;• Procurement & logistics administration;• Perform tasks associated with assigning/executing EPICOR purchase orders;• Manage & expedite delivery of goods and services;• Arrange logistical services that move materials in a cost effective, safe, efficient and risk-free manner.
