I am the head UMB distribution company I am responsible for the overall management and direction of the company. This includes setting strategic goals, creating and implementing business plans, making key decisions, and ensuring the company's financial performance. I effectively communicate and collaborate with the company's employees, shareholders, and other stakeholders.Most importantly I am responsible for managing relationships with suppliers and customers, as well as overseeing logistics and distribution operations.
