 Preparation of Inspection and Test Plan, checklist, procedures and review of construction drawing  Preparation and Reviewing of WPS, PQR & WPQ based on approved drawing and code / Specification requirements Material Receiving inspection of all Pipes and fittings, Gasket, valves, flanges, bolts & nuts in compliance to material list, mill certificates, test reports and correct material specification Control of quality for piping fabrication such as fit-up, visual and dimensional inspection conforming to approved for construction drawings Responsible for issuance of Non – Conformance Report if any violation and out of standard for piping works. Conducts quality co-ordination meeting and initiate corrective and preventive action. Co-ordinate with NDT contractor and reviewing of reports. Ensure the valve direction ,instrument locations and line connection as per Processes and instrumentation diagram Prepare the project test pack and make sure line list and punch list cleared To Prepare Hydrostatic/Pneumatic Test packages as per Client requirements includes all checklist To Prepare and maintain all test results and Final QC acceptance documents
