Rio De Janeiro Area, Brazil

• Seismic interpretation of various pre-salt Carbonate discoveries and prospects (XERELETE, GATO DO MATO) in Campos and Santos deep-offshore basins.• Time to depth conversion studies and volumes assessment with related uncertainties, well drilling implantation with depth prognosis, well drilling follow-up, and well to seismic ties/correlations.• Quantitative inversion of AVO and seismic impedances in order to determine reservoir porosities distribution in a newly drilled pre-salt carbonates discovery.• Design, contractual preparation and supervision of 3-D PSDM processing projects using state of art technologies on Pre-Salt carbonate plays.• Follow-up of the LIBRA seismic processing activities representing company with PETROBRAS and SHELL partners.• Follow-up of seismic reprocessing and seismic acquisition preparation on non-operated offshore blocks in Espirito Santo (ESM-669, 671, 673 and 743), representing company with STATOIL and PETROBRAS partners.• Mentoring of junior geophysicists with follow-up and validation of their work.

Caracas Area, Venezuela

• Technical elaboration and contractual preparation of an innovative permanent land 4D Seismic Acquisition project dedicated to 4D monitoring of heavy oil production stimulated by steam injection.• Design and field supervision of land 2D Seismic Acquisition operations on PETROCEDEÑO field for testing critical 4D acquisition parameters.• 3D Seismic Interpretation, elaboration of static geological models with STATOIL and PDVSA geologists and reservoir engineers, implantation of new horizontal wells for improving production on PETROCEDENO field.• Represent Company and present projects and results in numerous meetings with national authorities.
