Successfully modernized corporate branding of French company Assistance Aéronautique & Aérospatiale (2500 employees, 200M€ turnover) with several projects completed cost-efficiently, such as :- Creation from scratch of new promotional supports and complete overhaul of existing ones (pamphlets, brochures, catalogs, goodies) in consistency with a new corporate identity, later adopted by our autonomous subsidiaries worldwide,- Development and launch of our new website,- Organization of company's presence in worldwide aerospace expos (Le Bourget, Farnborough, AIE Hamburg) and in private business events, mainly in France and Dubai,- Additional tasks in redesigning our internal newspaper, content creation (videos, photo reports, icons & logos), public relation and speech writing for executives.

Assisted the regional quality process manager in optimizing our industrial processes in compliance with the EN9100 (ISO9001) and within the Final Assembly Line of the long-haul A350XWB, in Airbus main industrial site. My tasks included the deployment of the following tools ans process :- Visual Management Tool for down-top report and critical points set up in 30 different stations, for a total of 300 workers covered, - Logistic process for the appropriate use of various working tools within the plane,- Various tools to increase the quality and efficiency of the documents flow during the industrial process.As a side mission, was tasked to modernize the marketing image of AAA in Toulouse, which got me promoted to my most recent job at the corporate level.
