Helped to develop project business justification, obtain capital funding, and led the development of a detailed equipment plan.• Assigned as mechanical engineering lead for international design team in the development and design of a $100M LCD film coating machine facility. Developed a machine configuration that allowed for minimal building size and cost. Worked with process and product development teams to generate designs to meet customer requirements. Conducted capability assessments of equipment suppliers, and reviewed specifications and designs with selected suppliers.• Managed a multi-disciplined engineering team of 20 Kodak and contract personnel on a $17.5M project to construct a building addition, install new unwinding and conveyance equipment, and provide a roll storage area for two paper coating machines at Kodak Park. Worked closely with overseas suppliers to generate equipment specifications, negotiate favorable pricing, and develop acceptance criteria. • Selected as the corporate “worldwide” technical leader for web winding, unwinding, and splicing issues. Worked with worldwide site representatives, the standard design committee, and the conveyance process club to create both site specific and common worldwide technical solutions.

Led a multi-skilled team that focused on roller development, fabrication, and utilization issues. Managed over 20 projects/year and $1M/year of roller design and fabrication for worldwide conveyance roller users.
