I am an IT professional who is current work at Mass General Brigham. In my role as Service Desk Analyst, I am assisting end users with figuring out and troubleshooting technical issues. Prior to this, I worked 5 years in the service industry. In my work at restaurants, I have developed meaningful skills in customer service and collaborative work. My passion for technology has lead to me IT field. I'm looking to take my technical and critical thinking skills and contribute them to a company’s goals.
