Determine eligibility and accurately award aid following established guidelines for all fund sources including grants, loans, tuition assistance, military sources, etc.Accurately assess and approve documentation related to Title IV Verification, C Code, and other requirements. Calculate and schedule excess funding to be returned to a student, lender, or other source.Complete drop evaluations, including the Return to Title IV calculation, for students that cease attending.Manage complex financial aid issues and troubleshoot potential problems.Review and adjust accounts as needed.Coordinate with team members, leaders, and other departments as needed.Maintain minimum job performance standards, including quality, production, cohort management, etc.Other duties as assigned

• Deliver high quality marketing campaigns for plan sponsors that offer our Professional Management services while ensuring that strict customer service requirements are met.• Collaborate with multiple internal and external partners to ensure marketing programs are set up and executed as expected.• Data analysis and reconciliation as part of the quality control processes associated to marketing campaigns.• Cross-functional collaboration with multiple departments including Operations, Sponsor & Provider Services, Development, and Technology to work through problem resolution.•Provide guidance to campaign delivery teams on how to execute most efficiently while still meeting client expectations.• Focus on continuous operational process improvements.•Document all processes that will result in superior client service, minimal risk exposure and clean regulatory audits.
