Member of Snappy Kraken's Content Team as product onboarder for content implementation. As an Onboarding Automation Specialist at Snappy Kraken, I'm responsible for converting images, content, and code from our copywriting and design teams to onboard to the Snappy Kraken platform. Images, graphics, and ad copy are analyzed for accuracy with all errors properly identified and reported. Lead magnet pdf files are edited in Adobe Acrobat Pro. Completed content is converted to HTML to load into Snappy Kraken's internal database, and then edited and finalized for our storefront based in WordPress. As Purchasing Agent my main responsibilities included requisitioning and creating purchase orders for all materials requested to support inactive U.S. Navy ship maintenance. Responsible for maintaining a working knowledge and understanding of company and government purchasing regulations to procure necessary items and services - ranging from office supplies, raw metals, and tools to marine and shipyard subcontractor contracts, specialized tools, and large equipment rental. As a specialist and lead for the company's California clients, I helped lead, train, and coordinate our team to smoothly transition and accommodate the influx of thousands of orders new from customers that were previously filed with courts non-digitally.
