About Vincent Einck

As a classically trained synthetic chemist, I apply much needed molecular understanding to the formulation, process, and fabrication of metasurfaces. Utilizing this knowledge-based, bottom-up approach, better control over composite substructure provides better structural integrity, optical density and thermal tolerance. Engineering large scale optical devices requires a deep understanding of the iterative steps, their interdependences and their influence on the final device. Providing feedback loops between teams specializing in quantitation, fabrication and novel concepts enables a highly efficient, constant progress in the improvement of our devices, material sets and breadth of applications.
