- Forecast Analysis (Long & short terms).- Production forecast follow-up upon production capacity in Japan.- Monthly production planning (Japan).- Stock Level control, containers management, Inbound & outbound control.- Daily Delivery Instructions to our external warehouse.- Shipments follow-up from our production plan (Japan) to our warehouse and the final client – Seafreight, Airfreight, Barge, Trucking.- Administrative tasks such as invoices, weekly inventory, custom clearance, GRN.

-Returnable packaging operations management (orders, follow-up).-In charge of 4 aftersales clients and 10 electronics components clients.-Ensuring regular customer follow-up and guaranteeing optimal satisfaction using the CRM tools. -Coordination between the different logistic departments (purchasing, production, and warehouse).-Handling claims-Ensuring to meet customer's requirement and monitoring customer satisfaction through KPI-Organizing transport – trucking, express shipment, airfreight.
