Responsible for both Inbound & Outbound Logistics activities. Involvement with supplier at RFQ stage for Preliminary Evaluation and Conduct Manufacturing feasibility study, Technical review and onsite Source Evaluation as per Chrysler SE Criteria upon PO release... Supplier Project Kick off and Time plan management to meet Chrysler build milestones. Supplier training and development for Chrysler specific requirements for new part development. Frequent Process audit during development including Control Plan Audit, PFMEA Audit, Review Gage plan, MSA study, Process capability study for all Critical/safety Characteristics for PSW sign off and FPSC at supplier location. Shipping logistic management like transport of P&M, tools materials, Production items. Multimodal transportation, ODC consignments, customs clearance formalities & Statutory IMPORT & EXPORT formalities.  Control the Procurement, Inventory and Warehouse management ( including scrap management ) Responsible for Production Line planning, scheduling and Production programming  Manage the Import & Exports involving, Shipment scheduling, Packaging and 3PL Logistics activities ensuring timeliness and receiving accuracy with a clear and transparent Supply Chain process. As a management team, develop /review operational procedures and quality plans to ensure the operation complies with local Statutory requirement.  Developing and implementing operation changes to reduce costs and/or improve efficiency.  Providing direction and guidance for continuous improvisation Supply Chain operation, procurement and Warehousing.
