Install and configure hardware/ software for proper operation on client networks.Performed site surveys of network devices, took pictures of T1 phone locations, server rack, and PC's. Recorded serial numbers of all computer devices including those in the network rack. Move, change, install, repair or remove data communications equipment such as POS systems, Network ports, T1 networks, computer terminals, audio systems, printers, DVR’s, digital signage, traffic monitoring systems/analytics and wireless RF units. Configure network services, ACL’s and TCP/IP while troubleshooting network connectivity issues using Ping.

Followed strict work order ticketing system using NCR mobile phone/application. Install, repair and troubleshoot systems for numerous clients around Ohio and the surrounding states. Using equipment such as multi meters, USB, hand tools, and diagnostic software to fix issues relating to hardware and software errors. Lead teams installing POS, drive-thru and networking systems in new store installs for various clients. Assisted with training new techs and received over 40 hours of safety/compliance online training.

Travel to different client locations to install/troubleshoot PC and hardware devices.
