Main internship project: - Provide individualized feedback to orthopaedic surgeons and anesthesiologists at the CHUM on their compliance rates with local surgical antibiotic prophylaxis guidelinesAdditional experiences :- Manage multiple projects independently- Key role in creating, initiating, and developing a project on the safety and exposure to vancomycin following the implementation of a new medical practice involving this antibiotic in cardiac surgeries- Present the projects, results, and recommendations to various healthcare professionals at important committees, such as the pharmacology committee and the committee for the improvement of antimicrobial use (CAUdAC)

- Fill medication orders for patients- Update the patients' medical records to assist the pharmacist on duty- Receive, process and fill new prescriptions received by fax and other sources- Operate multi-line phone and accurately help customers, pharmacies and other medical practices over the phone with their inquiries and demands - Provide assistance to patients in regard to their insurance, medication or any other inquiries- Assist in training other members of the staff if needed

- Help customers find items within the store- Operate a cash register to process cash and other types of payment - Assist the pharmacist and other coworkers by retrieving and storing medications

- Advise customers on suitable products that meets their needs and expectations- Promote offers, events and other bonuses in store - Process clothing and make sure all clothing is sensored and ready to be out on the sales floor- Responsible of all sorts of transactions at the cash registers- Replenish stock levels when needed- Maintain high standards of display and visual merchandising to ensure the store is well preserved
