General responsibilities include:• Hiring, training, and motivating field representatives.• Assigning territories, schedules, and appropriate supplies and equipment to staff members.• Traveling to customer sites and evaluating Field Representatives.• Generating reports that highlight the strengths and weaknesses of each Field Representative.• Helping employees to improve and tracking employee progress.• Submitting the generated reports to HR.• Providing training programs to field representatives to ensure they can perform their duties effectively.• Maintaining all field rules and responsibilities and ensuring Field Representatives adhere to the rules.• Responding to all on-call tasks and supporting the Field Representatives.• Scheduling maintenance and repair for fleet vehicles.• Manage and direct safety program to ensure strict compliance with all safety protocols. • Conducts all business in accordance with our Code of Ethics.• Provides a positive and engaging work environment that supports our Best Places to Work Culture.• Align individual and team objectives to department and company objectives. • Act as scope of work expert including framing standards, structural drawings, wall panels, truss design requirements, and structural hardware.• Partner with Human Resource Director and Director Field Operation on any issues including developing job descriptions, disciplinary, hiring, retention, etc.• Ensure compliance with assigned training. • Conduct all performance reviews for direct reports including annual and probationary reviews. • Issue appropriate disciplinary action as needed for those not meeting expectations. • Responsible for coaching, facilitating, and partnering with direct reports to handle employee relations issues that may arise.• Utilize recruiting and selection tools/processes to build team talent.• Delegate work according to team’s abilities and skill set.• Approve weekly timecards for all direct reports.

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:-Complying with all PPE standards and maintaining awareness of all safety practices, following established rules and regulations to ensure a safe and clean work environment.-Scheduling subcontractors, consultants, and venders in critical path to ensure timely job completion. -Performing daily quality control duties and responsibilities regarding any work being performed.-Maintaining constant communication with project team regarding material submittals.-Ensuring that all contracted work is fully executed and complying per scope of work. -Coordinating all Inspections per scope of work.-Identifying subcontractor non-compliance with Safety, health, and environmental quality standards. -Identifying conflicts in the construction process, and communicating them to the project team for resolutions.-Updating and maintaining “AppWright” (in-house company application).-Performing all Superintendent duties on multiple job-sites, simultaneously.-Ensuring subcontractor has identified/corrected all deficiencies. -Walk all units per project daily, to monitor activities and assist in future planning. -Presides weekly subcontractor meetings designed to coordinate the work load. -Issue notices of non-compliance to subcontractors in regard to quality of work, scheduling, and safety.-Ensuring that job sites are always kept clean, and in a organized safe manner. -Perform job progress and completion punch lists identification and completion. -Attending all pre-construction meetings.-Opening the job site at the beginning of the day, as well as securing the job site at the end of the day. -Assists in identifying areas of work that are outside the scope of work, by obtaining approvals of revision.
