General responsibilities include:• Hiring, training, and motivating field representatives.• Assigning territories, schedules, and appropriate supplies and equipment to staff members.• Traveling to customer sites and evaluating Field Representatives.• Generating reports that highlight the strengths and weaknesses of each Field Representative.• Helping employees to improve and tracking employee progress.• Submitting the generated reports to HR.• Providing training programs to field representatives to ensure they can perform their duties effectively.• Maintaining all field rules and responsibilities and ensuring Field Representatives adhere to the rules.• Responding to all on-call tasks and supporting the Field Representatives.• Scheduling maintenance and repair for fleet vehicles.• Manage and direct safety program to ensure strict compliance with all safety protocols. • Conducts all business in accordance with our Code of Ethics.• Provides a positive and engaging work environment that supports our Best Places to Work Culture.• Align individual and team objectives to department and company objectives. • Act as scope of work expert including framing standards, structural drawings, wall panels, truss design requirements, and structural hardware.• Partner with Human Resource Director and Director Field Operation on any issues including developing job descriptions, disciplinary, hiring, retention, etc.• Ensure compliance with assigned training. • Conduct all performance reviews for direct reports including annual and probationary reviews. • Issue appropriate disciplinary action as needed for those not meeting expectations. • Responsible for coaching, facilitating, and partnering with direct reports to handle employee relations issues that may arise.• Utilize recruiting and selection tools/processes to build team talent.• Delegate work according to team’s abilities and skill set.• Approve weekly timecards for all direct reports.
