Indicates the inclusion and exclusion of subcontractor and supplier’s in submitted quotation.• Makes queries based on plans, BOQ and specifications received.Post-Construction:• Checks advancement of subcontractors in Site Project and make computations based on approved claims/invoices and drawings. Double checks drawings if there are discrepancies on the quantity of materials and visit construction site to inspect if materials are installed as per claims by the subcontractors.• Processes invoices based on company format and applies deductions and retentions based on their contract agreement. Regularizes extra works done on site so that it can be added to their base contract.• Process back charges to be debited to subcontractors and makes list for the debited amounts and further updates if necessary.• Makes Request of Final Settlement, Certificate of Accomplishment and finalization of invoices and back charges to the subcontractors.
