Model results were used to reduce risk of condensation related failures in space mission environments.- Led investigation across multiple sites to find and eliminate the source of microscopic debris causing inertial sensor failures during acceptance testing. Worked with production line operators to identify the source of this debris, and with process engineers to eliminate the hidden factory. Designed a series of experiments which proved root cause and helped bound the 'population of concern' for internal leadership and our customers.Lead author of internal Failure Review Board (FRB) 'standard work' for the Space Reliability Group, and of fault isolation training materials. Delivered in-person training to all employees who support failure investigations on our high-reliability product lines and created the on-line refresher training content.
