I oversaw the onboarding of new SharpSpring clients, ensuring comprehensive training and setup is completed prior to active utilization of the system. In collaboration with clients, I enhanced their marketing automation strategies and guide them in leveraging the platform's capabilities to maximize return on investment.

Caring for high value clients. Maintaining and/or increasing our MRR. Helping establish the new Website and a new Presence in the german speaking countries, under a new name, SharpSpring Mail+. Assisiting clients during the transition to SharpSpring Mail+. Helping out with teething issues!

Managing the German support team, caring for key clients, offering technical support, converting leads, managing social medias, marketing the product and adapting marketing strategies for the german/swiss/austrian market.

Responsible for Social Media, customer care post flight aswell as pre flight. Completed Amadeus aswell as PARS reservation system courses. Proficient with Sabre and Galileo.
