I managed a technology team that delivered enterprise solutions across HR, Procurement, and Identity Management. During my tenure, the capabilities implemented helped eBay scale from 2,500 employees to a 60,000+ global workforce.

3Com was my gateway to implementing HR technologies. I came on as a developer, implementing custom Compensation modules inclusive of Performance Management, Salary Focal, Stock, and Bonus Awards. It was here where I grew into a leadership role and began my management career.
