Vincent is a Telecom Professional with 31+ years experience. In his last position, he was a Construction Manager II for Ericsson managing multiple sites for the Sprint Network Vision upgrade to LTE 4G cell sites and the T-Mobile L700 upgrades. Vincent has managed construction activities related to the development of multiple, simultaneous Network infrastructure projects including; RFQ and RFP process, Contract process, Sealed bid, Distributing bid packages, Coordinating bid walk, Awarding project, Monitoring progress, Providing regular status updates, Resolving issues and performed scoping and audits of each site for the specific SP/ASP to created bid invites along with fiber install for AAV work. Work with GC’s to obtain and manage equipment and materials for each site and to make sure inventory and BOM’s where up to date.
