I specialize in design, development, game design and animation. For example, I created a game for Trustly AB they used for marketing and events. I also work with the game studio Avalanche Studios where I made graphic designs for social media, events, web and logos.

With my experience with game development and graphic design. I was able to migrate to a new role as a creative developer. This role turned out to be a very widespread and educating role for myself. I was able to work with everything from app development, web design and commercials, to UI design, animation and video editing

The pandemic started which led to a lot of restructuring within teenage engineering. At this point I had accumulated a lot of experience with the product, customers and routines. My boss at the time decided to place me within education as she thought my skills would be best utilized there, I agreed. As an educator I was responsible for internal and external education as well as writing all product guides and videos.

Our support team had grown at this point which gave me the opportunity to be a specialist. My role was changed to repair manager. Now I was responsible for purchasing repair parts, creating repair guides and routines for internal and external repair. My big assignment during this period was to visit the US, Germany, England and Canada to create business relationships with repair centers around the world. I put in place routines that are still used at the company today

I started at teenage engineering with the role of head of customer service. teenage engineering was still a small company at this point which meant that I took care of all things support. I had a close contact with our end customers, servicing them and helping them with their orders, shipments etc. As well as supporting our B2B customers, such as distributors and other resellers. After a year, I was tasked with recruiting new people for the support team as well as educating them.

With my experience with customer service I chose to take the next step and apply for a team leader role. During this employment I learned to take lead and administrate people. The role helped me develop my people and admin skills.
