My name is Vincent Houle and I have a passion for helping others. I am a CSU Fresno alumnus with a degree in kinesiology and have become an experienced strength & conditioning coach within the fitness industry.During high school, I loved to ski on the slopes every weekend and was on both the wrestling and football teams, which is where I found my passion for fitness through sports. It was then what I knew what I wanted to do with my life and work in the fitness industry. During college, I was a strength coach at various gyms within the central valley. when it comes to training clients, I have worked with the Fresno state girl’s rugby team, multiple youths to collegiate level soccer teams, D1 collegiate athletes from most sports, teachers, doctors, nurses, all types of people.Level 7 was born out of the current state of the economy. While I had offered to work at various gyms, I am an entrepreneur at heart and wanted to not only work for myself but help people fulfill the fitness goals in the best way I know how and I knew opening up my own gym was a perfect choice to continue my experience and education in the fitness industry.
