I've worked with children in various capacities. From an international teacher to support worker in child protection in Scotland. I spent many years building experience working within the social care sector with charities, community groups and public services. Who I am as a person in relation to work. I'm strong willed, hard working and have succeeded in making my place throughout the variety of jobs I've had. The success comes in the form of promotions, pay increases and bonuses but most importantly in the children and adults I've helped. Punctuality and fulfilling my obligations have never been an issue. I'm level-headed and turn moderate amounts stress into motivation. When facing challenges and problems.A challenge or problem can be daunting. But, once I wrap my head around it and visualize a plan, I tackle it like any other task. I learn the skills needed to accomplish my goals and build competence.
