• Designed and developed MyTeaPal, a specialty tea mobile app with 20,000+ users from 100+ countries. Available in 18 languages, it is an all-in-one app featuring a timer, journal, and community functions.• Initiated MyTeaPal Club, a monthly tea subscription box integrated with the MyTeaPal App. Since 2022, it has distributed 3,500+ tea sampler boxes to 50+ countries and introduced 130+ different teas from 10 provinces.• Extensively traveled to more than 20 Chinese provinces since 2021 to study tea culture in depth; Sampled more than 2,000 teas and established solid connections with hundreds of tea producers across China.• Autonomously handled app programming, product management, UI/UX design, marketing, community management, and business development.• Cultivated team management skills by overseeing a total of 13 interns and freelancers over the period.• Presented at major international tea events, including the Prague Tea Fest, Nomad Tea Festival, and Australian Tea Cultural Seminar.• As an admin for a 38,000-member online specialty tea group, actively engage with members, fostering connections and forming friendships with thousands of tea enthusiasts worldwide.
