Through the Management Consulting elective with the faculty of Business at the University of Melbourne, I was given an opportunity to work as a Junior Consultant on a project given by up-coming Employer Branding Agency, Digital Affair, founded by Tim Mundy. Working with the team at DA, my team (BTLC Consulting) worked to provide financial advice on creating and selecting pricing models to maximise profitability on their new innovative online products. Our work involved procuring research from various databases and shaping the most optimal pricing model that would lead to higher profits. This opportunity really pushed me to try new approaches and experiences such as face-to-face client interactions and working along side a team of strong academic students. From my work with DA, I've grown in all direction. I am significantly more comfortable with public speaking, whether its in front of executive boards or one client. This was an exceptional experience and an honour to work on a product that could revolutionise the Employer Branding Industry. I would strongly recommend other prospective candidates to participate in opportunities like this because they are absolutely priceless.
