Design and construction of 10 new road and rail bridges. Design and construction of 3 new signalised intersection and 4 active level crossings.

Responsible for the operational management of the company in the Northern Province of New Caledonia, referring to the Territory Manager. In charge of selection and estimation of the project opportunities, implementation of the group procedures, negotiation of public and private contracts, commercial follow-up of the clients.Management of the operations on both technical and human plan, negotiation with unions, plant purchase and maintenance. Team of 3 project engineers, 6 supervisors, 1 surveyor, 1 administrative agent, 1 fitting crew, plus between 30 to 60 construction workers and plant operators.In charge of application in the area of Vinci’s safety and quality policy (OHSAS 18001 – ISO 9001).Main projects : Bridges, Warehouses, Mining, Water & Petrol Stations, Road construction and maintenance, Ground engineering.
