The Young-ICC, as part of the ICC (Initiative on Crohn and Colitis), unites young doctors and researchers all over the Netherlands, with special interest in scientific research in the field of Inflammatory Bowel Diseases

Responsibilities: Conducting ward rounds, outpatient clinic and attending endoscopy programs.

Providing basic care and support for physically handicapped and elderly people in their home environment and/or different health care facilities. Responsibilities differed between administering/injecting medication, wound care, diabetes care, ambulant compression therapy and aiding in daily tasks.

Providing basic care and support for both mentally and physically handicapped people in different health care facilities. Responsibilities differed between aiding in daily tasks, caregiving and engaging in recreational activities.

Responsibilities consisted of the organization of medical events, such as suturing courses the annual medical symposium and managing the financial affairs of the organization.
