• Oversee financial control over assigned programs from initiation & establishment of the program baseline to program closure. • Provide consultation to “Sales”, “Bids” and “Contracts” to ensure that new programs are in line and meet requirements set forth by Thales “Group”.• Works closely with “Program Management” & “Operations” organizations to facilitate the monthly program review process including assessing the reliability of EAC(s) (Estimate at Completion), assessing financial risks & opportunities, and forewarning Management of potential issues.• Assist Program Managers with Risk Management and Mitigation of customer programs by identifying, prioritizing, and creating a plan to minimize or eliminate risks. Utilizing synergies with other programs with similar scope.• Review, analyze and validate program control documents including Contracts, Program Change Orders, Budget Authorizations, and Internal Purchase Orders against the current program P&L.• Prepare monthly program P&L(s) and participates in the monthly and YE financial closing process per IFRS standards. • Prepare all reports and associated Gap analysis for program results (revenue, cost, and margin) including detailed tracking, analysis, and reporting of program variances.• Assists in the preparation of the annual Multi-Year-Budget and quarterly forecasting performance reviews including program revenue plans and forecasts.• Established and streamlined the P&L updating process by automating and controlling financial data in a central and accessible location.
