▪ Consulted the client with project planning, scope, resources, and progress to develop a social media platform with React Native.▪ Managed a team of 6 to develop a custom table booking website to buy available reservations in the US market: ▫ Defined and documented project timeline, scope, and resources on Confluence to brief the client, managed the project velocity with Jira. ▫ Built the websites from the ground up, created details requirements all website features. ▫ Facilitated initial meetings with the client, the outcome demo and future direction discussion.▪ Improved a digital payment product for small-medium businesses with Stripe API, resolved all +6 months unresolved tickets in Airtable.

▪ Successfully delivered multiple projects with a fintech client as a core team member: ▫ Created a shopping section within an existing application by collaborating with UX designers, developers and QAs with Miro and Figma. ▫ Integrated a user behavior tracking tool (Mixpanel), defined the data structure of the user tracking data. ▫ Built a CMS tool that stores scraped products on Amazon S3 that is used for the shopping section. ▫ Facilitated meetings with management level to identify business and technical problems. ▫ Managed product backlog tickets and led backlog grooming meetings, collaborated with team within the Scrum framework using Jira. ▫ Maintained product documents and user guide with Confluence.▪ Built “Ukraine Support” Slackbot: internal project that supports the well-being of employees residing in Ukraine at times of war.

▪ Built Epsilo Insight (Business Intelligence platform for e-commerce businesses.) with Tableau and PowerBI. ▫ Managed Tableau visualization and data query to make sure the data visualization is up to date with changes. ▫ Created the new web-based version with custom built FE and API integration to replace the old Tableau version.▪ Maintained BotEp report: Automated B2B reports customized to each different brands using Excel, Microsoft Office, Excel VBA, SQL, and Tableau: ▫ 100% customer requests/enquiries regarding data discrepancy resolved. ▫ Produced post-mortem campaign analysis report for the client’s campaign of the year.▪ Optimized advertisement optimization platform’s automation logic.

▪ Maintained and improved a video streaming platform, monitored key metrics to measure the platform’s growth using Trello and Firebase.▪ Collaborated with development team on building new feature for a news aggregating app: offline reading, theme selection, sharing.▪ Collaborated with Business Development team to launch the news app to a new market, monitored growth, transferred requirements back to Development team to resolve new market problems.
