Participated in IeDEA East Africa and Caribbean, Central, and South America network for HIV Epidemiology (CCASAnet) TB AUDIT REDcap Project Responsibilities; Conduct Audit on TB data in REDCap database against source document(clinic chart & openMRS database) For each of the patient record ,retrieved & reviewed main record which is the basic core information, TB diagnostic & TB treatment

 Assist the Data Manager in Collecting, analyzing and interpretation of clinical data. Development of data collection tools using RedCap (web application software) Organize and facilitate training to MOH staff on NCDs for the purpose of patient management Provide maintenance support (ODK) on the use of Android Tablets/Phones to collect data and later synchronize to the server Ensure all data collection & reporting tools are available in all Chronic Disease Management supporting facilities Design of patient encounter forms on openAMRS database. Analyze patient’s relevant data to enable decision making by the data manager and Principal Investigator; Understanding and working to the company SOPs, Implementing GCP standards. Participate in DQAs (Data quality Audits) and Data review meetings in both trans Nzoia and Busia counties. Assist the data manager in preparing monthly, quarterly and annual reports for the diabetic, hypertension, breast cancer and cervical cancer clients. Ensure data entry of the patient level data to AMRS; Querying the KHIS database for the NCDs indicators optimal reporting. Updating patient records on the openAMRS database and redcap databases. Perform Data quality, data cleaning and error resolution of clinical data on openAMRS system. Follow up on data uploaded onto the openAMRS database to ensure accurate and complete entry patients data for optimal reporting.  Working as part of a study team to ensure allocated tasks are completed in a timely manner Managing own day-to-day workload to ensure all project goals are met Proactively identifying own areas for development/ improvement Implementing approaches that will result in error-free results Prioritising quality in everything that you do.
