Finding out whether the organization is existing or not by making use of certain tools to map/ to find out the organization that is I Portal, BLIS (Business Life Cycle System) and Master file.9. Developing and effectuating contingency / business continuity plans to ensure uninterrupted and smooth business operations, and attainment of budgeted objectives.10. Working with Partner /PSM for Global Reseller orders for price configuration with sales for contract agreement.11. Monitoring overall functioning of processes, identifying improvement areas and implementing adequate measures to maximize customer satisfaction level; getting consent on incomplete Review Queues12. Utilization of existing resources and manpower; planning targets, monitoring numbers and achievement of overall targets on a daily, weekly & monthly basis; setting up & maintaining CTQ (Critical to Quality) / CTP (Critical to Process) targets for the process & team.13. Handle customer complaints and questions regarding problematic orders and providing solutions to the customers in the minimal time.14. Providing RCA to the Quality Team for the errors committed in the process front.Working with the IT Team for the service end completion, tool issues, order queries etc.15. Interacting with past customers who haven’t maintained any recent orders and ensuring to regain business with them.Prepared Excel month end reports to be viewed by all department managers/clients for Monthly business reviews.ACHIEVEMENT1.
