1. Develops implements and maintains methods, operation sequence and processes in the manufacture or fabrication of PCBAs, sub-assemblies and final assemblies. 2. Responsible for SMT production, including optimizing SMT process/Reflow profile review /PCBA failure analysis/PCBA testing development. 3.
